Made by Grandma in 1998 for her granddaughter. She was a great seamstress and it is well-made with quality fabric and stitching. Very sweet and in very good pre-owned vintage condition consistent with age and use. Clean and from a smoke-free home. Approximate measurements: 25 waist (give or take because it is adjustable with sash closure in back). Approx 8 shoulder to waist. 14 1/4 waist to hem.
